حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ سُفْيَانَ ، يَقُولُ : " إِذَا لَحِقَ بِدَارِ الْحَرْبِ , ثُمَّ رَجَعَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقَسَّمَ مِيرَاثُهُ أَوْ يَعْتِقَ الْحَاكِمُ أُمَّهَاتِ أَوْلَادِهِ وَمُدَبَّرَتَهُ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِمْ " .
