، " إِنْ تَرَكَ خَيْرًا الْوَصِيَّةُ سورة البقرة آية 180 ، قَالَ : نَسَخَتْهَا آيَةُ الِمْيِرَاثِ " , حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ , عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ : " نَسَخَتْهَا آيَةُ الْفَرَائِضِ , وَتَرَكَ الْأَقْرَبُونَ مِمَّنْ لَا يَرِثُ " .
