حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا قَتَلَ وَلِيَّهُ خَطَأً وَرِثَ مِنْ مَالِهِ , وَلَمْ يَرِثْ مِنْ دِيَتِهِ , وَإِنْ قَتَلَهُ عَمْدًا لَمْ يَرِثْ مِنْ مَالِهِ وَلَا مِنْ دِيَتِهِ " .
