كَانَ " لَا يُوَرِّثُ الْجَدَّةَ أُمَّ الْأَبِ وَابْنُهَا حَيٌّ " , قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ : " وَتُوُفِّيَ ابْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ فَلَمْ تُوَرَّثْ " .
