، أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الرَّجُلِ يُوصِي بِأَكْثَرَ مِنْ الثُّلُثِ يُجِيزُهُ الْوَارِثُ ثُمَّ لَا يُجِيزُهُ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهِ , قَالَ : " ذَلِكَ التَّكَرُّهُ لَا يَجُوزُ " .
