حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ أَوْصَى بِوَصِيَّةٍ لَمْ يَحِفْ فِيهَا وَلَمْ يُضَارَّ أَحَدًا كَانَ لَهُ مِنْ الْأَجْرِ مَا لَوْ تَصَدَّقَ بِهِ فِي حَيَاتِهِ فِي صِحَّتِهِ " .
