حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ ، عَنْ جَبْرٍ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، قَالَ : " عُمَرُ أَوَّلُ مَنْ جَعَلَ الدِّيَةَ عَشَرَةً عَشَرَةً فِي أَعْطِيَاتِ الْمُقَاتِلَةِ دُونَ النَّاسِ " .
