حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا شَهِدَ اثْنَانِ مِنْ الْوَرَثَةِ جَازَ عَلَيْهِمَا فِي أَنْصِبَائِهِمَا " , وَقَالَ الْحَكَمُ : " يَجُوزُ عَلَيْهِمْ جَمِيعًا " .
