حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : " الْمُكَاتَبُ لَا يَعْتِقُ وَلَا يَهَبُ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ مَوْلَاهُ " .
