حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، فِي رَجُلٍ أَعْتَقَهُ قَوْمٌ وَأَعْتَقَ أَبَاهُ آخَرُونَ ، قَالَ : " يَتَوَارَثَانِ بِالْأَرْحَامِ , وَجِنَايَتُهُمَا عَلَى عَاقِلَةِ مَوَالِيهِمَا " .
