، قَالَ : " يَرْجِعُ الْوَلَاءُ إِلَى مَوَالِي الْأَبِ إِذَا أُعْتِقَ " , وَحَدَّثَ أَنَّ عُمَرَ وَعُثْمَانَ قَضَيَا بِهِ , وَأَنَّ شُرَيْحًا لَمْ يَقْضِ بِهِ ثُمَّ قَضَى بِهِ .
