حَدَّثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " يَرِثُهُ إِذَا عَرَفَ مَوَالِيهِ أَنَّهُ ابْنُهُ , وَإِنْ أَنْكَرَ مَوَالِيهِ وَخَاصَمُوهُ لَمْ يَرِثْ " .
