حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، فِي رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى وَصِيَّةً لِلْمُحْوَجِينَ ، قَالَ : " يُجْعَلُ فِي الْقَرَابَةِ , فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُونُوا فَفِي الْمَوَالِي , فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُونُوا فَللْجِيرَانِ " .
