يُشَرِّكَانِ , قَالَ : وَكَانَ عَلِيٌّ لَا يُشَرِّكُ ، قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : " وَهَذِهِ مِنْ سِتَّةِ أَسْهُمٍ لِلزَّوْجِ النِّصْفُ ثَلَاثَةُ أَسْهُمٍ , وَلِلْأُمِّ السُّدُسُ , وَلِلْإِخْوَةِ مِنْ الْأُمِّ الثُّلُثُ , وَهُوَ سَهْمَانِ " .
