, أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى أَنْ يَمْنَعَ الرَّجُلُ جَارَهُ أَنْ يَصْنَعَ الْخَشَبَ فِي جِدَارِهِ أَوِ الْجُذُوعِ " .
