لَمَّا قَدِمَ الْيَمَنَ " كَانَ يُكْرِي الأَرْضَ أَوِ الْمَزَارِعَ عَلَى الثُّلُثِ أَوِ الرُّبُعِ ، أَوْ قَالَ : قَدِمَ ، وَهُمْ يَفْعَلُونَهُ ، فَأَمْضَى ذَلِكَ " . .
