: " لا تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ إِلا بِإِذْنِ وَلِيٍّ ، أَوِ السُّلْطَانِ " , قَالَ : قُلْتُ : لَيْسَ لَهَا مَوْلًى ، أَوْ هَلَكَ مَوْلاهَا , قَالَ : فَالسُّلْطَانُ , قَالَ : فَرَجَعْتُ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى غَضِبَ .
