رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ : " الْمَنْبُوذُ حُرٌّ " ، يَعْنِي اللَّقِيطَ ، " فَإِنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يُوَالِيَ الَّذِي الْتَقَطَهُ وَالاهُ , وَإِنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يُوَالِيَ غَيْرَهُ وَالاهُ " . .
