رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ : " فَاذْهَبْ , فَهُوَ حُرٌّ وَلَكَ وَلاؤُهُ , وَعَلَيْنَا نَفَقَتُهُ " . قَالَ مَالِكٌ : وَالأَمْرُ عِنْدَنَا مِنَ الْمَنْبُوذِ أَنَّهُ حُرٌّ , وَأَنَّ وَلاءَهُ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ يَرِثُونَهُ وَيَعْقِلُونَ عَنْهُ . .
