وَبِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَبِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا أَصَابَ الْمُكَاتَبُ حَدًّا ، أَوْ مِيرَاثًا وَرِثَ بِحِسَابِ مَا عُتِقَ مِنْهُ وَأُقِيمَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ بِحِسَابِ مَا عُتِقَ مِنْهُ " . .
