عَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ , عَنْ حَمَّادٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي نَبِيذِ الزَّبِيبِ النَّقِيعِ الْمُعَتَّقِ إِذَا غَلا : " هِيَ الْخَمْرُ اجْتَنِبْهَا " .
