رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنَّهُ " كَانَ يَنْزِلُ عَلَى أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى الأَشْعَرِيِّ بِوَاسِطِ الْقَصَبِ ، فَكَانَ يُرْسِلُ إِلَى السُّوقِ فَيَشْتَرِي لَهُ النَّبِيذَ مِنَ الْخَوَابِي " .
