رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، أَنَّهُ " كَانَ يُزَوِّجُ بَنَاتَهُ عَلَى أَلْفِ دِينَارٍ يُحَلِّيهِنَّ مِنْ ذَلِكَ بِأَرْبَعِمِائَةِ دِينَارٍ ، وَكَانَ يُحَلِّي بَنَاتَهُ الذَّهَبَ " .
