، أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْخَيْلِ السَّائِمَةِ تَكُونُ لِلرَّجُلِ : " تُقَوَّمُ قِيمَةً ، ثُمَّ يُؤْخَذُ مِنْ كُلِّ مِائَتَيْ دِرْهَمٍ خَمْسَةُ دَرَاهِمَ " . قَالَ : وَقَالَ : " إِنْ شَاءَ أَدَّى مِنْ كُلِّ فَرَسٍ دِينَارًا " .
