، قَالَ : " لا بَأْسَ بِالْعَزْلِ عَنِ الأَمَةِ ، فَأَمَّا الْحُرَّةُ ، فَإِنْ أَذِنَتْ لَكَ فَاعْزِلْ وَإِنْ لَمْ تَأْذَنْ لَكَ فَلا تَعْزِلْ " .
