عَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ , عَنْ حَمَّادٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " الدِّيَةُ فِي ثَلاثِ سِنِينَ ، وَالنِّصْفُ فِي سَنَتَيْنِ ، وَالثُّلُثُ فِي سَنَةٍ ، وَمَا كَانَ أَقَلَّ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ فَفِي سَنَةٍ " .
