وَحَدَّثَنِي مُحَدِّثٌ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " لا يُبَاعُ وَلا يُوهَبُ ، وَإِنْ كَاتَبَ جَارِيَةً فَوَطِئَهَا مَوْلاهَا فَوَلَدُهَا بِمَنْزِلَتِهَا يُعْتَقُ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ " .
