، أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقْذِفُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَلَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا ، فَنَظَرَ فَإِذَا هِيَ أُخْتُهُ : " فَلا حَدَّ عَلَيْهِ وَلا لِعَانَ " .
