عَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ , عَنْ حَمَّادٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، وَشُرَيْحٍ ، أنهما قَالا : " يَضْرِبُ مَوْلَى الْمُكَاتَبِ مَعَ الْغُرَمَاءِ مَا بَقَى عَلَيْهِ مِنْ مُكَاتَبَتِهِ " .
