، فِي الْكَافِرِ إِذَا ضُرِبَ حَدًّا وَهُوَ كَافِرٌ ، ثُمَّ أَسْلَمَ ، قَالَ : " يَهْدِمُ الإِسْلامُ مَا كَانَ مِنْهُ فِي الشِّرْكِ ، وَتَجُوزُ شَهَادَتُهُ " .
