: " نَعَمْ ، نَعْتَدُّ عَلَيْهِمْ بِالسَّخْلَةِ يَحْمِلُهَا الرَّاعِي ، وَلا نَأْخُذُهَا ، وَلا نَأْخُذُ الأَكُولَةَ ، وَلا الرُّبى ، وَلا الْماخضَ ، وَلا فَحْلَ الْغَنَمِ ، وَنَأْخُذُ الْجَذَعَةَ ، وَالثَّنِيَّةَ ، وَذَلِكَ عَدْلٌ بَيْنَ غِذَاءِ الْمَالِ وَخِيَارِهِ " .
