كَانَ يَأْخُذُ عَلَى هَذَا الْكِتَابِ ، فَذَكَرَ فَرَائِضَ الإِبِلِ وَفِيمَا ذَكَرَ مِنْهَا : " أَنَّ مَا زَادَ عَلَى عِشْرِينَ وَمِائَةٍ فَفِي كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ ابْنَةُ لَبُونٍ , وَفِي كُلِّ خَمْسِينَ حِقَّةٌ " .
