، قَالَ : " إِذَا مَاتَ الْمُكَاتَبُ وَقَدْ أَدَّى طَائِفَةً مِنْ كِتَابَتِهِ وَتَرَكَ مَالا ، فَإِنَّ مَالَهُ وَمَا تَرَكَ مِنْ شَيْءٍ لِسَيِّدِهِ ، وَلَيْسَ لِوَرَثَتِهِ مِنْ مَالِهِ شَيْءٌ " .
