، " فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقْذِفُ امْرَأَتَهُ ، ثُمَّ تَمُوتُ الْمَرْأَةُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَتَلاعَنَا ، قَالَ : يُوقَفُ ، فَإِنْ أَكْذَبَ نَفْسَهُ جُلِدَ وَوَرِثَ ، وَإِنْ جَاءَ بِالشُّهُودِ وَرِثَ ، وَإِنِ الْتَعَنَ لَمْ يَرِثْ " .
