، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ : " لِكُلِّ مُطَلَّقَةٍ مُتْعَةٌ إِلا الَّتِي تُطَلَّقُ وَقَدْ فُرِضَ لَهَا صَدَاقٌ ، فَحَسْبُهَا نِصْفُ صَدَاقِ مَا فُرِضَ لَهَا " .
