رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : " كَانَ أَهْلُ الْيَمَنِ أَوَّلَ مَنْ أَسْلَمَ مِنَ الْعَرَبِ بَعْدَ الأَنْصَارِ ، ثُمَّ عَبْدُ الْقَيْسِ أَهْلُ الْبَحْرَيْنِ " .
