إِلَى أَبِي مُوسَى : " إِنَّ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ سَأَلَنِي أَرْضًا عَلَى شَاطِئِ دِجْلَةَ ، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ أَرْضَ جِزْيَةٍ , وَلا أَرْضًا يَجْرِي إِلَيْهَا مَاءُ جِزْيَةٍ , فَأَعْطِهَا إِيَّاهُ " .
