حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ الْحَسَنَ ، يَقُولُ : " لا تُسَرَّى سَرِيَّةٌ إِلا بِإِذْنِ أَمِيرِهَا ، وَلَهُمْ مَا نَفَلَهُمُ : الثُّلُثُ بَعْدَ الْخُمُسِ ، وَالرُّبُعُ بَعْدَ الْخُمُسِ " .
