" ضَرَبَ الْجِزْيَةَ عَلَى أَهْلِ الذَّهَبِ : أَرْبَعَةَ دَنَانِيرَ ، وَعَلَى أَهْلِ الْوَرِقِ : أَرْبَعِينَ دِرْهَمًا ، وَمَعَ ذَلِكَ أَرْزَاقُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ , وَضِيَافَةُ ثَلاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ " .
