، فَكَانَ " إِذَا خَرَجَ الْعَطَاءُ جَمَعَ أَمْوَالَ التُّجَّارِ ، ثُمَّ حَسَبَهَا شَاهِدَهَا وَغَائِبَهَا ، ثُمَّ أَخَذَ الزَّكَاةَ مِنْ شَاهِدِ الْمَالِ عَلَى الشَّاهِدِ وَالْغَائِبِ " .
