، وَالْحَسَنِ ، قَالا : " مَا أَعْطَيْتَ فِي الْجُسُورِ , وَالطُّرُقِ فَهِيَ صَدَقَةٌ مَاضِيَةٌ " , قَالَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ : يَعْنِي أَنَّهَا تُجْزِي مِنَ الزَّكَاةِ .
