اشْتَرَطَ الضِّيَافَةَ عَلَى أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ يَوْمًا وَلَيْلَةَ ، وَأَنْ يُصْلِحُوا الْقَنَاطِرَ ، وَإِنْ قُتِلَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ بِأَرْضِهِمْ فَعَلَيْهِمْ دِيَتُهُ " .
