: يَا يَرْفَأُ ، اكْتُبْ إِلَى أَهْلِ الأَمْصَارِ فِي أَهْلِ الْكِتَاب " أَنْ تُجَزَّ نَوَاصِيهِمْ ، وَأَنْ يَرْبُطُوا الْكُسْتَيْجَانَ فِي أَوْسَاطِهِمْ , لِيُعْرَفَ زِيُّهُمْ مِنْ زِيِّ أَهْلِ الإِسْلامِ " .
