حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْمُقْرِئُ ، نَا الْأَصْمَعِيُّ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبِي ، يَقُولُ : سُئِلَ الْأَحْنَفُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ : مَا الْمُرُوءَةُ ؟ قَالَ : " الْعِفَّةُ وَالْحِرْفَةُ " .
