469 حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْمُسُوحِيُّ ، نَا عَلِيٌّ ، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيَّ يَقُولُ : صِنْفَانِ مِنَ النَّاسِ إِذَا صَلُحَا صَلَحَ النَّاسُ : الْقُرَّاءُ ، وَالْأُمَرَاءُ " .
