رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ إِلَى أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ : أَنَّهُ بَلَغَنِي أَنَّكَ تَأْذَنُ لِلنَّاسِ جَمًّا غَفِيرًا ، فَإِذَا جَازَكَ كِتَابِي هَذَا ، فَابْدَأْ بِأَهْلِ الْفَضْلِ ، وَالشَّرَفِ وَالْوُجُوهِ ، فَإِذَا أَخَذُوا مَجَالِسَهُمْ ، فَأْذَنْ لِلنَّاسِ .
