: " لا يُبَاعُ التَّمْرُ فِي رُءُوسِ النَّخْلِ بِالأَوْسَاقِ الْمُوَسَّقَةِ إِلا أَوْسُقٌ ثَلاثَةٌ ، أَوْ أَرْبَعَةٌ ، أَوْ خَمْسَةٌ ، يَأْكُلُهَا النَّاسُ " .
