وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ، قَالَ : ثَنَا أَبُو هِشَامٍ ، قَالَ : ثَنَا ابْنُ يَمَانٍ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، قَالَ : " نَأْخُذُ بِقَوْلِ عُمَرَ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ فِي الْجَمَاعَةِ ، وَبِقَوْلِ ابْنِهِ فِي الْفُرْقَةِ " .
