حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ : " لَا تَرِثُ أُمُّ أَبِ الْأُمِّ ، ابْنُهَا الَّذِي تُدْلِي بِهِ لَا يَرِثُ ، فَكَيْفَ تَرِثُ هِيَ ؟ " .
