، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لَا يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ ، وَلَا الْكَافِرُ الْمُسْلِمَ " .
